Great opening party at the Casamassima Commercial Mall for the first Italian Apple Premium Partner store, inaugurated by C&C on Saturday, December 17, 2022.

Hundreds of people lined up from the early hours of the morning, waiting for the opening to the public, which took place at exactly 3:00 pm with everyone present ready to capture the scene to testify their presence at the highly anticipated event. Many surprises were reserved for the customers: from a spectacular flash mob by the VL ACADEMY A.s.d dance school to the presence of three special guests: Jakidale, The Physics We Like, and Mista P, along with many promotions reserved for those who participated in the event. 

The one in Casamassima, in the province of Bari, represents an exclusive flagship store concept for Apple and is the first Apple Premium Partner (APP) store in Italy: a milestone for the national market inspired by the iconic Apple Store experience, offering a completely new level of customer service.

A new level is also set for customer experience: inspired by the concept of the Apple Store, the store furnishings come from suppliers that work directly with the Apple brand worldwide. The modular stone flooring comes from Italy, the round design tables from the United States, and other conceptual furniture comes from Germany. The entire store also does not have a physical cash register, which represents a further improvement for the in-store customer experience.

The concept of the Apple Premium Partner store also includes regular training courses and workshops open to the public. At the same time, C&C will further focus on meeting the needs of entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized enterprises. There will always be staff trained in the specifics of using Apple devices in businesses and knowledgeable in the field of financing devices made in Cupertino.

The company also anticipates that two more stores with the highest APP status are in preparation, adding to the 46 Italian stores and 17 French stores. C&C currently has a network of 63 stores, 54 of which are also Authorized Apple Service Providers, and can be considered today the largest European Apple Premium Reseller.
