C&C Care for Airpods

In the event of damage to your AirPods or AirPods Pro (earbuds or case), you can go directly to one of our stores and request a repair or replacement of the device, subject to service coverage.

In case of damage to your device, you can visit your nearest C&C Authorized Service Center or contact Customer Care at the toll-free number 800 121 660, Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM (excluding holidays).

Once service coverage is verified, the claim management process will begin.

Service overview: C&C Care is an additional support service covering the risk of damage to your device.
Validity: it is valid for one year and must be activated at the time of purchase.
Extensions: the service can be extended for an additional 12, 24, or 36 months, provided the extension is signed before the annual expiration.
Coverage: C&C Care covers the repair or replacement of the device in the event of unlimited accidental damage and provides for a device replacement whenever repair is not possible.
