The B2B Sales Specialist is responsible for establishing and cultivating productive relationships between C&C and clients, adopting an approach capable of offering targeted solutions to every need. They have an excellent ability to interpret the market and the world of sales, know well the sectors in which companies operate, as well as the challenges and trends of local communities. 

They are responsible for the acquisition, management, and development of clients in their area of competence or in relation to agreed clusters with the company.

Main activities

The resource will be inserted into the C&C Business team. They will be responsible for:

— engaging customers, increasing sales, and promoting the offer of products and services for companies.

— Strengthening the B2B channel by integrating service logic with a business development logic, favoring the development of commercial processes.


— Several years of experience in selling technological solutions and/or business solutions or equivalent.

— Knowledge and passion for the world of Information Technology.

— Excellent ability to acquire new prospects and actively manage the assigned customer base.

— Excellent listening and negotiation skills, attitude for dialogue and teamwork.

— Good problem-solving skills.
