Absolutely. C&C Time is designed for maximum flexibility: each session has a minimum usage of only 30 minutes. If we resolve your issue in half an hour, the remaining time stays in your "savings account."

How can I authorize a collaborator or family member?

It’s very simple. Just send an authorization email to your reference store, indicating the person's name. From that moment on, they can use the minutes from your package just as you would.

What does the service allow me to do?

C&C Time is a support and consulting service (configurations, software optimization, data transfer, troubleshooting). Any hardware components or physical repairs follow standard repair procedures, but you can use your time for diagnostics or post-repair setup.

What happens if I run out of hours before the 2 years are up?
