General Terms of Sale

1. Subject of the Service
The C&C Time service offers personalized technical assistance on Apple products, schedulable upon request. It allows the customer to benefit from premium, flexible, and long-lasting support.

2. Recipients of the Service
The service is reserved for consumers (individuals). An exception may be granted to micro-enterprises or small businesses (SMEs/SMBs), exclusively for use comparable to private use.

3. Products covered by the Service
The service covers the use of Apple products: Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Apple TV, AirPods, HomePod. Services are guaranteed even if the device was not purchased at C&C stores or on the website.

4. Offer Content
The C&C Time offer includes:
• A package of 2 hours of assistance, valid for 2 years or until the complete depletion of the two hours.
Schedulable sessions, deducted with a minimum of 30 minutes per session.
• A renewable service for additional 2-hour packages.
The service can be used by multiple users, upon activation via the subscriber's email.

5. Rates
• The C&C Time service is sold exclusively in 2-hour packages at the price of 149€ (including VAT).
• Purchasing individual portions of less than 2 hours is not possible.
• No additional fees are applied for processing if the session is less than 30 minutes (the minimum deduction of 30 minutes from the credit applies, however).
• Credit is valid for 2 years from the purchase date.

6. Delivery Methods
Credit is consumed when a session is scheduled or delivered. The minimum deduction for each session is 30 minutes. The customer can request service intervention through official C&C channels.

7. Credit Validity and Expiry
Credit is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. C&C may send a reminder before expiration. Unused hours within this period will be lost and are non-refundable.

8. Exclusions
The service does not include:
• Advanced professional services (e.g., corporate fleet management, complex servers).
• Hardware repairs (replacement of physical components).
• Interventions on non-Apple branded products.
• Services that exceed domestic/personal use.

9. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full at the time of subscription (prepaid service). Once the service is activated or the withdrawal period has elapsed, full or partial refunds cannot be requested, except as provided by law.

10. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current regulations, the customer has a legal period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal. However:
• The C&C Time service is prepaid and functions as time credit.
• The service starts only at the explicit request of the customer.
• Hours consumed after the start expressly requested by the customer are considered used and non-refundable.
• Any remaining unused credit can be retained and used until expiry, but no refund will be granted for already used hours.
• If the customer does not request the start of the service before the end of the withdrawal period, they can exercise their right of withdrawal and receive a full refund.

11. Liability
C&C undertakes to provide the service with the utmost diligence and according to best practice. C&C's liability cannot be invoked in the case of:
• Improper or negligent use of the material by the customer.
• Interventions by unauthorized third parties.
• Service unavailability due to force majeure or external technical constraints.

12. Personal Data Processing
The personal data collected is processed in accordance with current regulations. The customer can exercise their rights to access, rectify, or delete at any time.

13. Changes to Conditions
C&C reserves the right to change these GTC. The conditions in effect at the time of purchase will apply to already signed contracts.

14. Acceptance
Subscribing to the C&C Time service constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.
