Financing for School 4.0

C&C supports schools in accessing funds from the NRRP – School 4.0 for the creation of educational campuses and innovative laboratories. With a total investment of 124 million euros, the Ministry of Education and Merit promotes the transformation of technical and vocational institutes into modern and connected learning environments, in line with the needs of the digital transition and Industry 4.0.

Who can access the funds?

The funding is intended for technical and vocational institutes, with priority given to schools that have joined or will join the technological-professional training experimentation chain.

Available resources

The resources of the call are divided into:

• 30 million euros for schools that have activated an experimental four-year course in 2024-2025.

• 50 million euros for schools that will join the experimentation in 2025-2026.

• 40.5 million euros for the creation of innovative educational campuses and the enhancement of technological laboratories.

• 4 million euros for the development of digital solutions for managing training pathways.

Objectives of the funding

• Create innovative learning environments with advanced laboratories.

• Encourage integration between schools, ITS, universities, and businesses.

• Strengthen digital skills and the professional skills required by the labor market.

• Develop digital infrastructures and platforms for training.

How to participate?

Interested schools must submit a project for an educational campus, demonstrating the enhancement of technological equipment and digital infrastructures. The funding will be awarded based on the quality of the proposal and territorial distribution.
