Genoa, Lavagna and La Spezia. These will be the three cities that, starting from next July, will see the emergence of as many stores branded C&C, the result of the acquisition of APR Raffo. This is the news that characterizes the entrepreneurial life of the Bari-based Gigli family, which has been leading C&C S.p.A. for 19 years, a group that until yesterday had 29 stores, including Apple Premium Resellers, Apple Authorised Service Providers, and Premium Service Providers, based in Bari.

So the number of Italian regions where the Apulian company is established increases from nine to ten, expanding from south to north to become the largest of four APRs distributed throughout the Boot. Today, with the acquisition of the Ligurian group, one of the first distributors of the Apple brand in Italy, founded in 1978, the total surface area of C&C stores also increases, adding another 400 sqm of exhibition space, reaching a total of 4,000 sqm.

The number of employees also increases, from 210 to 245 units: the 35 resources already employed in the Raffo group will be absorbed by C&C and will continue to work in the Ligurian APRs, maintaining their ties with their region of origin and strengthening their relationship with the established clientele.

With the acquisition, the retail network also grows, with a potential user base of 14 million people. These are numbers that satisfy C&C S.p.A.'s CEO, Michele Gigli, and his brother Luca, who are proud to have, not without sacrifices and tenacity, made their company a national brand and turned their passion into their profession.

“What we are experiencing is an important moment for C&C. The acquisition of the well-established Raffo group, with its two Apple Premium Resellers in Genoa and La Spezia, and the authorized retailer in Lavagna, adds value to our company by enriching it with experience and expertise, with the aim of offering customers the best possible sales and service for Apple products,” tell Michele and Luca Gigli.

“With a good deal of modesty, we believe that ours can be considered a true case history, a source of pride for the world of Apulian entrepreneurship and for all those who work at C&C. From Brunico, in Trentino Alto Adige, to Lecce, we have managed to bring our brand and make it a point of reference for our customers, but we don't stop there. We work every day to improve, leveraging one big word: passion. It will take us far,” they conclude.
