Employees of C&C S.p.A., an Italian group of Apple Premium Resellers, Apple Authorized Service Providers, and Apple Authorized Education Specialists, will receive an additional salary for the goals achieved in 2020.

This is the decision made in recent days by the ownership of the largest Italian Apple Premium Reseller, which will provide its employees with a bonus of 750,000 euros for the work done during a year that was anything but easy.

The C&C award - Plo, Objective-Linked Award - introduced by the 2020 supplementary contract, will arrive with the next February paycheck and will be taxed at a substitute rate of 10%. The value of the prize is determined by the performance of two parameters: the economic result, unique for the entire company, and the managerial result linked instead to the performance of each sales point.

There are 39 stores in the C&C group, located throughout Italy and distributed in 12 regions and 36 cities, which have contributed to the achievement of the goal that the company set for itself last year. Despite the lockdown and the ongoing pandemic, the Apulian company, a leader in the sale of Apple products, has managed to exceed 210 million euros.

The development of its e-commerce has allowed the C&C group to also rely on online sales, bridging the gap caused by the closure of the stores between March and May 2020, a period during which the spread of the coronavirus forced many workers to stay at home.

The recognition, received with great satisfaction by the workers' union, has been announced in recent hours to all employees who will be rewarded, each in their own role, for the achieved productive increase.
