Following the measures taken to deal with the epidemiological emergency caused by Covid-19, some families have faced unexpected economic expenses and difficulties, as a result of both the suspension of school activities and some professional and work activities, which have a negative impact on the family income.
With resolution no. XI/2999 of 30/03/2020, the Lombardy Region has allocated resources amounting to 16,500,000 euros to be allocated to families to address the economic difficulties they are experiencing at this time.
The resources are divided into two types of contributions, including an e-learning contribution.
This is an extraordinary one-time contribution equal to 80% of the expenses incurred up to a maximum of 500 euros for the purchase of the technological equipment necessary for online teaching (fixed or portable PC or tablet with microphone and camera) intended for each family with children from 6 to 16 years old.
Also foreseen is the application of the Lombard Family Factor (FFL) to increase the contributions recognized under the measure.
With resolution no. 3051 of 15/04/2020, the modalities for submitting the I.S.E.E. certificate have been redefined.
Soon the Notice of Adherence for families will be online with the indication of the access requirements, the modalities for submitting the applications, and the management of requests by the implementing bodies.
