Device repair or replacement.
In addition to your on-site hardware coverage, you can get up to 4% of your Mac computers or Apple-branded displays, or up to 10% of your iPad or iPhone devices, repaired for any reason at no additional cost while under warranty. In most cases, Apple will repair or replace the device within one business day.
AppleCare for Enterprise reduces the workload on your internal help desk by offering 24/7 phone technical support directly to your end-users. Your team will also receive assistance with setting up accounts and personal settings.
