Worldwide on-site hardware service.

Depending on your needs, you can choose an on-site support plan lasting two, three, or four years from the purchase date of your company devices. If a hardware issue arises during this period, AppleCare for Enterprise helps you get back work as quickly as possible. You can request service visit at your location starting the next business day, or visit one of the Apple Authorized Service Providers located worldwide. Device repair or replacement.

In addition to your on-site hardware coverage, you can get up to 4% of your Mac computers or Apple-branded displays, or up to 10% of your iPad or iPhone devices, repaired for any reason at no additional cost while under warranty. In most cases, Apple will repair or replace the device within one business day.

AppleCare for Enterprise reduces the workload on your internal help desk by offering 24/7 phone technical support directly to your end-users. It's the best way to get answers on all Apple products, including hardware, operating systems, and apps like Keynote, Pages, and Numbers. Your team will also receive assistance with setting up accounts and personal settings.

AppleCare for Enterprise includes AppleCare Help Desk Support: an unlimited technical phone support plan for diagnosis and resolving hardware and software issues, and for isolating problems within Apple systems. With just one call, you can also get help for Apple Business Manager or Apple School Manager.

  • For more complex issues, each year of AppleCare for Enterprise includes one IT department support incident. This allows you to receive assistance for complex deployment and integration scenarios, such as MDM solutions and Active Directory.

  • For more complex issues, each year of AppleCare for Enterprise includes an on-site visit to your IT department: you will thus receive support for complex deployment and integration scenarios, such as MDM solutions and Active Directory.

  • If needed, you can extend your IT department technical support for an additional fee through an AppleCare OS Support agreement.
